These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the pumaria.com site, owned by Pumaria Consultores Financieros S.A.C. By using the site, you fully accept these conditions.

Pumaria Consultores Financieros S.A.C., Tax ID 20612894735, domiciled at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, 12th floor, San Isidro, Lima 15046, Peru, registered under Entry No. 14523687 of the Register of Legal Entities of Lima.
2. Purpose
The site offers financial literacy content, informational tools and subscription to a newsletter aimed at the Peruvian public. The published information does not constitute regulated investment advice nor a stock market recommendation.
3. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the site diligently, respecting Peruvian law in force, the rights of third parties and good customs. Any fraudulent use, or one contrary to Law No. 27309 and other applicable regulations, is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Pumaria makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or events of force majeure.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cercado de Lima, unless otherwise established by law.
